Farish TheaterJoin expert Vickie Coleman as she explores the quilts of our grandmothers and great-grandmothers, highlighting popular patterns, fabric choices, and the cultural influences of the 1930s.
Vickie is Kentucky's only certified AQS quilt appraiser and the founder of Bluegrass Quilt Appraisal. With over 50 years of experience working with and studying textiles, she currently serves as an adjunct instructor at Eastern Kentucky University, where she teaches courses in Introduction to Textiles, Textile Testing and Evaluation, and Beginning and Advanced Apparel Design.
