Join Village Branch and instructor Stephanie Ferraro for beginner-friendly chair yoga. Chair Yoga is an excellent way to gently stretch and strengthen the body. This yoga class is targeted for beginners, but people of all experience levels are welcome. Please bring a water bottle and any other yoga props you would like to class, but mats are not necessary as this is a chair-centered flow. This program is by registration only so remember to sign up, because slots fill up fast. We look forward to seeing you in this healthy program!
