Get out of your cooking comfort zone in Bite Club: A Cookbook Club for Food Lovers. A new theme or cuisine will be represented by an array of cookbooks each meeting.

We'll celebrate the 250Lex Culinary Theme this month by creating dishes from the countries of Lexington's Sister Cities! Lexington's Sister Cities include County Kildare (Ireland), Deauville (France), New Market (England), and Shinhidaka (Japan). Members can choose a recipe from the cookbooks provided or use their own recipe to contribute a potluck dish. If it's your first time, you can simply come to taste, discuss, and enjoy!
