Large Meeting RoomGet out of your cooking comfort zone in Bite Club: A Cookbook Club for Food Lovers. A new theme or cuisine will be represented by an array of cookbooks each meeting.
Fat Tuesday is March 4th, so our theme for this month will be Mardi Gras! This means New Orleans, Cajun, and Creole themed cookbooks will be available. Members can choose a recipe from the cookbooks provided or use their own recipe to contribute a potluck dish. If it's your first time, you can simply come to taste, discuss, and enjoy!
