Based on the British comic series created by Jamie Hewlett and Alan Martin, the film stars Lori Petty, Naomi Watts, Ice-T, and Malcolm McDowell. After a comet disrupts the rain cycle of Earth, the planet has become a desolate, barren desert by the year 2033. Tank Girl rises up at fight against the oppression of the tyrannical Water & Power Corporation!
